As part of the MX Commercial Operations team, you will drive the channel performance and market growth for Samsung Care+. This role bridges strategic business development and high-impact partner management to scale Samsung’s premium service ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities:
Own the full deal lifecycle (prospecting, negotiation, execution) and deliver compelling C-level pitches to operators, retailers, and insurers.
Act as the strategic lead for active partners, ensuring SLA compliance, maximizing attach rates, and driving revenue growth through upsell and retention strategies.
Cultivate relationships with insurance partners to expand the Samsung channel network and co-develop innovative product pipelines.
Identify new market opportunities within the mobile insurance sector and advocate for new features to enhance the Samsung value proposition.
Your Profile:
6+ years in commercial partnerships, business development, or account management (preferably within Mobile, Telecom, or Insurance).
Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals and independently manage sales targets and revenue performance.
Strong commercial negotiation skills, deep analytical thinking, and the ability to build data-driven business cases.
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives in a fast-paced, multi-cultural matrix organization.
A proactive, self-reliant result-getter with a passion for Samsung products.
