SAMSUNG - Refurbish Operations Manager (m/f/x)

In this role, you will drive the end-to-end circular economy strategy by overseeing device collection, triage, and multi-channel sales. You will synchronize cross-functional teams in SCM, Finance, and Logistics to optimize inventory turnover, maximize residual value, and scale the refurbishment business within a global, high-tech environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive refurbishment stock analysis and deliver regular, actionable operational reports.

• Lead end-to-end refurbishment operations with the Triage & Repair Partner—from initial RDU collection to final warehouse delivery.

• Manage SKU registration and guarantee data integrity across all internal systems.

• Strategically plan and oversee logistics for all inbound and outbound refurbishment flows.

• Oversee purchase order management, specifically focusing on Stock Transfer Orders and Subcontract Purchase Orders.

• Lead "M to M" changes and maintain comprehensive tracking to ensure total visibility of shipments, lots, and refurb activities.

• Coordinate RDU collections from channel partners and own the consolidated joint inventory list.

• Act as the main point of contact and bridge collaboration between Order Desk, Logistics, SCM, and BI to ensure seamless execution.

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards to track key KPIs (e.g., triage/repair status, lead times).

• Support and contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects within the refurbishment sector.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field is preferred.

• A highly organized and detail-oriented operations professional with a proven track record.

• Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, or refurbishment ecosystems.

• Ability to master complex workflows and optimize processes in fast-paced environments.

• Natural ability to build trust and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.

• Analytical thinker who excels at building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and turning data into action.

• A proactive problem-solver who takes full ownership of end-to-end processes.
