SAMSUNG - Refurbishment Operations Manager (m/f/x)

In this role, you will drive the end-to-end circular economy strategy by overseeing device collection, triage, and multi-channel sales. You will synchronize cross-functional teams in SCM, Finance, and Logistics to optimize inventory turnover, maximize residual value, and scale the refurbishment business within a global, high-tech environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full circular lifecycle, including device collection, triage, and inventory management across channel partners.

• Manage high-volume sell-through via platforms (e.g., eBay, Backmarket) and oversee auction operations for out-of-scope inventory.

• Drive demand planning, revenue simulation, and P&L reconciliation; reinvest profits to optimize device residual value.

• Establish refurbishment SKU policies and coordinate with SCM, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.

• Monitor KPIs through custom dashboards and implement tactical actions to bridge performance gaps.

• Conduct market-driven price analysis and coordinate bidding processes to maximize recovery values.

Your Profile:

• University degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

• 6+ years in Program Management, Supply Chain, or Circular Economy (preferably in Consumer Electronics or Retail).

• Strong financial acumen, analytical expertise, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

• Proven ability to lead complex projects in international, multi-cultural environments.

• Fluent English; German is a plus.
